We provide staff either on a Permanent Placement basis where the client pays a one off management fee and the individual is employed direct, or through a Temporary to Permanent transfer, whereby employees work through Staff Finders on a temporary contract for an agreed period. (During the contracted period the employees are charged on an hourly basis). At the end of the agreement there is no fee for the transfer of the employee.
As part of our service we take care of the welfare of the candidate and ensure that all necessary arrangements are taken care of so that you receive the person ready and available for work. Our service includes the following and additional requirements can be tailored to meet your exact requirements;
- Transfer to the UK
- Meeting candidates on arrival and providing transport to their place of residence
- Accommodation arrangements inc. prepayment of rents, deposits/bonds and references are met by Staff Finders
- Bank Accounts, National Insurance numbers, and Worker Registration Scheme and any other legislative requirements are in place prior to work.
- Payment of wages and statutory deductions during the temporary period
- Accompanying candidates on their first day to introduce the employee and help with any induction training
- On-going support for any training and development needs
- 24 hour telephone support for you and the employee
- Arrangement of English speaking night classes where necessary
