Our dedicated Health & Social Care department is led by dedicated and experienced staff all of whom have a background in the sector, with each client having a designated Account Manager to act as the sole point of contact.
This ensures we have a complete understanding of the service provided and the staffing requirements, helping us provide the right member of staff with appropriate skills and experience, the first time, and every time.
As a provider to services caring for the most vulnerable in society, we take our responsibility to supply correctly skilled and trained workers very seriously.
Our vetting procedure includes enhanced DBS /Disclosure Scotland checks, an account of full working history, experience and qualifications, a minimum of 5 years referencing and an in-depth face to face interview.
As we are dedicated to improving the level of service we provide which is why we carry out regular service visits to existing clients; undertake frequent reviews and appraisals of our temporary staff.
