Congratulations to Emilia Gruszczynska on her 12-year anniversary with Staff Finders!

Emilia’s journey with us is nothing short of inspiring. Starting at our reception desk, Emilia’s hard work, dedication, and passion for people have seen her rise through the ranks to become a highly valued Senior On-site Coordinator.

Here’s what Emilia had to say about her time at Staff Finders:

“I have over 15 years of experience in recruitment, and I’ve been with Staff Finders for 12 of those years. I started at the very bottom, working at the reception, and gradually worked my way up through various roles, including Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Account Manager, and Senior On-Site Coordinator.
Over the years, I've gained a wealth of experience and developed a diverse skill set, from managing staff and resourcing to marketing, advertising, visiting clients, and securing new bookings. My journey has helped me grow more confident in working with both clients and staff, and I’ve learned to plan and organize with ease.
I truly love what I do, and it brings me a great sense of satisfaction.”

Emilia’s growth within the company reflects not only her professionalism and drive but also her commitment to making a positive impact – both with our clients and the teams she supports daily. Her attention to detail, team spirit, and approachable nature have earned her the respect and admiration of colleagues, clients, and candidates alike.

Outside of work, Emilia is just as dynamic. She enjoys quality time with her husband and daughter, and loves travelling, swimming, and horse riding.
