Staff Finders works in Partnership with our clients and workers in the fight against modern day slavery and human trafficking. We raise awareness and provide support from the moment you walk into our offices, during registration, inductions and by displaying notices across all offices and onsite facilities around the country.
Consultants are trained to spot signs of exploitation during interviews and inductions and our compliance team check data on a weekly basis to identify any issues and raise concerns. Any concerns are investigated and reported where appropriate.
Staff Finders work closely with the Gangmaster Labour and Abuse Authority (GLAA), Association of Labour Providers (ALP) and we are a member of Clearview Global Local Labour Provider Scheme, We also Work with Police Authorities and Immigration so our processes and procedures make it very difficult for criminals to target our workers and make our business a safe place.
