From specially organised recruitment days in city centres – or even in other cities and countries – our team will go the extra mile to attract people to your business. We have previously held recruitment days in Scotland and Poland to successfully recruit for roles in Yorkshire.
Pre-employment checks
Prior to the supply of any temporary workers all qualifications, relevant certificates, training records and experience are checked and verified. We also ask for references for the past 2 years' work experience for all of our staff, thus ensuring that we only supply the most reliable and committed people to our clients.
Day one worker support
We take great pride in providing a full welfare service to all our candidates, ensuring they settle well into their new role. A Staff Finders representative will always accompany a new starter on site on their first day to carry out site awareness induction, check their PPE and hand over to the relevant Manger.
Relocation packages
When recruiting from other locations we provide fantastic relocation packages with financial support towards moving and finding accommodation near to your workplace of up to £400 for candidates.
Transport to work
Our own minibus service takes staff across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire direct to employer sites. The service is hugely beneficial for those in more remote, hard to reach locations, removing a potential barrier to work for many candidates without their own transport.
Online registration /Paperless Timesheets & Self Billing invoicing
To eliminate paperwork and reduce admin time in reconciling invoices to corresponding timesheets, our secure on-line system allows to submit hours with invoices emailed directly to accounts departments. The system can be tailored exactly to each clients’ needs and offers departmental breakdown and management reports.
24-hour on-call support
All candidates placed at your business are supported by a relevant Staff Finders representative to discuss or seek assistance, in their own language, and available 24 hours a day.
Temporary to permanent employment transition – We have developed an established temporary to permanent recruitment system under which all candidates who complete six months service under Staff Finders can be taken on by our clients without any additional charges.
