We offer a full welfare service to all candidates, ensuring they settle well into their new role. A Staff Finders representative will always accompany a new starter on site on their first day to carry out a site awareness induction, check their PPE and hand over to their relevant Manager.
To eliminate paperwork and reduce admin time in reconciling invoices to corresponding timesheets, our online system can be tailored to meet clients’ needs. Submit hours for invoices to be emailed directly to accounts departments, with departmental breakdown and management reports.
We organise specifically targeted advertising campaigns using local job centres, jobs websites, social media platforms, colleges and other avenues to ensure your recruitment drive reaches as many people as possible.
Prior to the supply of any temporary workers all qualifications, relevant certificates, training records and experience are checked and verified. We also ask for references for all of our staff, ensuring we only supply the most reliable and committed people to our clients.
We have an established temporary to permanent recruitment system under which candidates can be taken on by our clients without any additional charges after six months.
Our subsidised minibus service takes staff across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire direct to employer sites. The service is hugely beneficial for those in more remote, hard to reach locations, removing a potential barrier to work for many candidates.
All candidates placed are supported by a relevant Staff Finders representative to discuss or seek assistance, in their own language, and available 24 hours a day.
