Job Title: Line Lead – Food Production - Day and Night Shift available
Location: HU7, Hull

Expected Hours: 44 hours per week
Schedule: 4on 4off
Pay Rate: £14.74 – £15.74 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Overview:
Staff Finders is currently recruiting a skilled and motivated Line Lead to join a fast-paced poultry production facility in HU7, Hull. This role is ideal for someone with previous supervisory experience in a food manufacturing setting, who takes pride in maintaining high production standards while ensuring food safety protocols are followed at all times.

As a Line Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities on the production line, supporting operators, and ensuring product quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day running of the production line
• Ensure all production activities meet required quality and food safety standards (HACCP knowledge essential)
• Monitor performance and output across the line, taking corrective action when necessary
• Train and support production operatives to follow procedures correctly
• Maintain accurate records of production output, quality checks, and shift incidents
• Perform routine checks on equipment and liaise with maintenance as needed
• Support team morale and contribute to a positive, efficient work environment
• Communicate effectively with senior supervisors and report any issues or delays promptly

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within a food production or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of food hygiene regulations and HACCP protocols
• Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Confident, proactive, and capable of working independently and under pressure
• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
