We are looking for experienced MIG/TIG Welders to join our client in the York area, working on the repair, modification, and fabrication of shipping containers. This is a full-time role with consistent weekday hours and the opportunity to be part of a growing operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out MIG and TIG welding on steel shipping containers.
• Perform structural modifications and repairs to damaged units.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all welding work meets safety and quality standards.
• Use hand and power tools as required for container fabrication and repair.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years experience MIG and TIG welding experience is essential.
• Coded welding qualifications are preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with steel structures or shipping containers is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.

Hours and Pay: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm, £15ph
