Job Description:

We are currently recruiting motivated and detail-oriented Pickers to join the Dispatch Team at our client’s busy food production facility. As a Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing food products for customer orders, ensuring all goods are picked, packed, and ready for dispatch in line with company and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick food products based on order sheets or electronic systems
• Ensure correct labelling, packaging, and presentation of goods
• Work efficiently to meet dispatch deadlines and targets
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dispatch and picking areas
• Carry out quality checks and report any damaged or missing items
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Assist in loading goods onto pallets or vehicles when required
• Communicate effectively with team leaders and supervisors
