Skilled Operative – HU3
£15.58-£16.58 per hour DOE | Mon–Thurs: 8am–4:30pm, Fri: 8am–1:30pm

Join a leading team in modular healthcare construction. We're looking for a Skilled Operative with experience in steel fabrication, drywall, and joinery to support the build of specialist modular healthcare facilities.

What you'll do:

• Fabricate steel chassis, build partitions, and perform joinery tasks
• Work to high standards with a "right first time" mindset
• Follow health & safety procedures and minimise material waste
• Collaborate effectively with the team to meet project goals

What you’ll need:

• Hands-on experience in modular manufacturing
• Skills in steelwork, joinery, drywall, etc.
• Relevant qualifications or industry-recognised skills cards
• Familiarity with ‘5S’ workplace principles
