Contracts Manager – Resin Flooring

• From £70,000 + Bonus + Fully Expensed Company Car

A leading, family-owned resin flooring contractor based in Leicestershire, with over 30 years’ industry experience and recent Contractor of the Year recognition, is appointing a senior Contracts Manager to support continued national growth.

This role requires substantial, hands-on experience in resin flooring or specialist flooring packages. The technical complexity of resin systems, specifications, and client requirements is high, and this position is not suited to generalist construction backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex resin flooring contracts nationwide
• Manage contracts, variations, risk, and commercial performance
• Coordinate clients, project teams, and suppliers
• Programme and report using Microsoft Project and MS Office
• Ensure full health & safety and contractual compliance

About You

• Proven Contracts Manager experience within resin flooring / specialist flooring
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Experienced with technically complex specifications and end-user environments (NHS, industrial, warehousing)
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and MS Office
• Full UK driving licence

• Salary from £70,000 + bonus
