£14 per hour Full Time

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Environmental Industrial Cleaner, this is an ongoing position based in Bicester, OX26 . The role offers a flat rate of £14.00 per hour with a structured 4-on, 4-off shift pattern starting at 6:00 PM.

This job is to start in March 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise office spaces, including windows, tiles, and floors
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
• Dispose of waste materials according to environmental and site procedures
• Maintain cleaning supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Previous industrial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely with cleaning materials and equipment
• Flexibility with working hours
• Potential to be trained up to be shift supervisor

Contract Details

• Duration: Full time, on going
• Schedule: 4-on, 4-off rotation, PM shifts starting at 6:00 PM.
• Pay: £14.00 per hour (flat rate for all hours worked)
• Location: Bicester, OX26
• Start: March 2026
