Semi Skilled Joiner.
Catfoss, Brandsburton YO25
£14.32 -£16ph Full Time
Working Hours:
-Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
-Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm
Pay Rates:
-Semi-Skilled Operative: £14.32 per hour
-Skilled Operative: £16.00 per hour
Overtime paid after 39 working hours
The Role
Working as part of a production team, duties will include:
-Ripping out and refitting modular building interiors
-Installation and fitting of modular building components
-General joinery, finishing and refurbishment work
-Use of hand and power tools
-Following technical drawings and specifications
-Carrying out repairs, modifications and upgrades to units
-Ensuring work is completed to a high standard
-Maintaining a safe and organised work area
Requirements:
-Previous experience within construction, manufacturing, modular buildings, refurbishment, fit-out, joinery, or similar environments preferred
-Ability to use hand and power tools confidently
-Own basic tools required, including impact drivers, screwdrivers and other essential hand tools
-Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
-Reliable with a strong work ethic
