Staff Finders is working with businesses across the Humber region still operating and providing key services during the COVID-19 outbreak to resolve staffing shortages.
At this time we are increasingly being asked to fill positions due to staff illness and of course those sensibly self-isolating.
We have been contacted by firms in industries such as food production and delivery who have found themselves short of staff to fill vital roles, an issue which is only set to become more problematic in the coming weeks.
At Staff Finders we are committed to helping the greater good and we are committed to helping fill these vital positions with reliable workers, for our lowest rates, where possible.
We have an extensive database of available workers who can be supplied with the relevant qualifications and training in Health and Safety, manual handling and food safety.
We have also contacted all of our registered drivers directly given the Department for Transport has relaxed drivers’ hours, making more time available for driving between rest periods, to ensure the vital logistics industry can continue.
As a business we are also ensuring all staff we provide to any business are fully aware of the need for social distancing and hand-washing, and not to attend any work premises or roles should they have any symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in contact of anybody showing symptoms.
