Our vetting procedure includes enhanced DBS /Disclosure Scotland checks, an account of full working history, experience and qualifications, referencing and an in-depth face to face interview.
As we are dedicated to improving the level of service we provide, we carry out regular service visits to existing clients and undertake frequent reviews and appraisals of our temporary staff.
As our database also includes a large number of care qualified candidates willing to work shifts at late notice, and 12 hour night shifts, we are often able to help when providers find themselves facing temporary staff shortages, for reasons such as illness.
